Hi we are very interested in your fly and cruise package to the Caribean a member of our family has not been to well but thankfully is now recovering and would love to join the cruise . In the event after booking they may relapse and don’t feel well enough to travel would they be able to defer their booking /transfer/ refund (we appreciate they may loose the deposit paid )but would the flight and cruise be covered under your cancellation policy ? This would just give a huge piece of mind before we book .
    Kind regards
